candidbeats, also known as Candice, is a cultural melting pot who crafts an intentional sonic experience and mindful energy exchange through weaving diverse sounds across genres from jazz, organic house to tribal, tech house and indie dance. Her international upbringing in China, North America, UK, and love for traveling and learning about new cultures has deeply shaped her identity as an artist as well as her music taste. Having started her music journey in Siargao, Philippines, candidbeats continues to bring her often dreamy, hypnotic, all the while funky and powerful sets to other parts of the world.

candidbeats, also known as Candice, is a multidisciplinary artist and cultural melting pot whose creative journey started with marrying visual arts with research, later to writing, design and recently crossing into the world of music. Having grown up in China and spent time across North America, Europe and Southeast Asia over the last 10 years, candidbeats embodies a unique perspective blending cultures that is deeply reflected in her music but also in her other interests.

Evidently, her affinity for different instrumental and percussive sounds can be heard through their infusion with different genres of house from organic, deep house to afro and techhouse.
